Nugget General Specifications

Power Rating: Recommended PTO power ratings at 540 rpm are:

Nugget 120: From 18kW to 32kW (25hp to 43hp)
Nugget 135: From 22kW to 32kW (29hp to 43hp)
Nugget 150L: From 22kW to 32kW (29hp to 43hp)
Nugget 150: From 24kW to 48kW (32hp to 65hp)
Nugget 180: From 32kW to 48kW (43hp to 65hp)

Tractor Mounting: Nugget 120: Cat 1 three point linkage (Alternately Cat 0).
Nugget 135, 150, 150L and 180: Cat 1 three point linkage.
Refer to table below for Mounting Offset.

Top Link Slot to allow Rotaslasher to follow ground contours.
Bodies: Bodies are manufactured from 4mm steel plate, reinforced and fitted with adjustable skids.

Drive Shaft: Tri-lobal drive shafts are fitted, completely covered by a ‘free-to-stop’ safety guard.

On Nugget 120, 135 and 150L the uni-cross size is 27x75mm.
On Nugget 150 and 180 the uni-cross size is 30x92mm.

Clutch: A twin plate, shock protection clutch is fitted to the slasher gearbox.

Gearbox: The gearboxes are single speed, purpose built models with nodular cast iron gear cases.

The case hardened, alloy steel gears are supported by ball bearings in the gearboxes fitted to the Nugget 120, 135 and 150L and by taper roller bearings in the gearbox fitted to the Nugget 150 and 180 Rotaslashers.

Blade Beam: Latest design, high clearance two piece blade carrier.

Blades: Drop forged, heat treated, step-down blades swinging on extra hard, cold forged bushes. Optional Single puncture proof height control wheel.

Equipment: (Note: The rear guards cannot be fitted to the Nugget 180 model if a wheel is also fitted).
