Designed with longevity and reliability in mind, the rugged HD CR series offers many features and benefits often only available on extra heavy duty slashers. For example: the galvanized 5mm body; the multi-plate, sintered-bronze clutch; the clevis mounting system; the spring steel, laminated blade beam with its stress reducing, ”tear-drop‘ blade fastener holes; and the forged and heat treated ‘lift‘ blades that pivot on extra hard, cold forged bushes and are secured with the exclusive Howard bolt and nut.

HDCR Rotaslasher -General Specifications

Bodies:	HD150 & 180CR bodies are manufactured from 5mm, hot dip galvanised steel plate, strongly reinforced with full length gussets. Adjustable skids (150 & 180 only) and a pivoting headstock supported by chain back stays are fitted as standard.
Mounting:	HD150 & 180CR -Lower Clevis: Cat 1 & 2 P ins at Cat 1 .5 centers. Upper Hitch: Cat 1 Pin (610mm above lower). Offset: Central or 215mm offset to LHS of Tractor. HD240CR Category 2, three point linkage geometry with central mounting only.
Drive Shaft/s:	HD15 0 & 180CR - BYPY107 series tri-lobal drive shafts (universal cross 35mm x 94mm). HD240CR - BYPY108 series Input drive shaft (universal cross 35mm x 107mm). W2400 Lateral drive shafts (universal cross 32mm x 76mm).
Clutch:	A sintered bronze, three-plate friction clutch is fitted to the slasher end of the drive shaft. The HD 40CR features this clutch on both spindle gearboxes.
Gearbox:	HD150 & 180CR - Omnigear, 100hp gearbox with machine cut hardened alloy steel gears and tapered roller bearings throughout (Gearbox ratio is 1:1.93 ). HD240CR - Splitter Gearbox (x1) - Omnigear, 1 :1.5 speed increasing. Spindle G earboxes (x2) - Omnigear, 70 hp 1 :1.9 3 speed increasing.
Blade Beam:	Laminated, spring steel blade beam with tear-drop, stress reduced blade fastener holes. Two 1.2m beam assemblies, with 50mm (2") overlap of blades, are fitted to the 240 model.
Blades:	Forged, heat treated step-down blades swinging on hardened, alloy steel bushes. T he HD240CR also features bi-directional blades.
Guarding:	Nylon reinforced, 9mmrubber conveyor belt debris guards at the front and rear across all three models.
