Superior Equipment has been manufacturing the "Superior" brand of Slashers, Commercial Mowers and Tractor Implements since 1973. With over 30 years of experience in this field Superior regards itself as Australia's grass and crop control specialists.

Superior's main customers are the owners and operators in the turf, golf, park and airport industries, primary producers in the beef, dairy, wheat, sorghum and cotton sectors, and all growers with orchards, vineyards and plantations in Australia and the South Pacific. With Slashers ranging in cutting widths from 3' to a massive 40' wide, Superior have a slasher or commercial mowers to cover the needs of most users.

For the past five years Superior has been importing the "Ferri" brand of Mulchers and Boom Mowers from Italy. Ferri is one of Europe's major manufacturers in this style of grass cutter and compliments the Superior range for build quality and in-field performance. Superior works closely with Ferri to modify their mulchers for the tougher conditions here in Australia.

With the changing lifestyle of Australia many more people are moving to small acre lots and hobby farms. These people have larger areas to maintain but don't have the luxury of lots of time - they need to get more done in a day. Most have purchased and small tractor and wish to cut 5' or 6' at a time. Our range of 'Superior Supa-Mowers' gives these people a ride-on mower type finish but in a more robust construction. High blade tip speeds combined with industry leading cutting heads ensure an excellent cut year after year.
